H&M App Revamp Case Study

For the final project of this class, our student team collaborated to enhance the H&M app, engaging in a comprehensive process to elevate the user experience. The project encompassed stakeholder analysis, customer segmentation, user story exploration, and a user-centric product design approach.
Our team chose to improve the H&M app. We conducted user testing, market and stakeholder analyses, and customer segmentation to identify product opportunity gaps, as well as a High-Fidelity Prototype of the revamped app and website.
