H&M App Revamp Case Study
(70-452 Introduction to Product Management)

For the final project of this class, student teams choose an existing software product to improve upon. The work consisted of stakeholder analysis, customer segmentation, user story exploration, product design with high-fidelity prototyping, and a final presentation.

For the final project of this class, our student team collaborated to enhance the H&M app, engaging in a comprehensive process to elevate the user experience. The project encompassed stakeholder analysis, customer segmentation, user story exploration, and a user-centric product design approach.

Our team chose to improve the H&M app. We conducted user testing, market and stakeholder analyses, and customer segmentation to identify product opportunity gaps, aswell as a High-Fidelity Prototype of the revamped app and website.
